• Every attempt will be made to ensure the safe return of any hard copy work, however, clients are strongly advised to keep the original work and supply copies only. Cerys Jones - Writer and Proofreader cannot take any responsibility for any lost documents or documents arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. sickness or disruption to the mail/return service).

• All estimates are calculated on the samples and/or information provided by the client unless a fixed fee has been agreed prior to commencement of work. Occasionally, the estimated price may have to be revised to reflect additional, unforeseen work. In such cases, the client will be informed immediately - usually prior to any work being undertaken. Unless otherwise stated or agreed, UK-English text (suitable for the global market) is used.

• Cerys Jones - Writer and Proofreader will undertake to produce the best work possible for the client to the agreed deadline (where applicable). However, the ultimate responsibility for accepting or rejecting the work rests with the client. Cerys Jones - Writer and Proofreader can take no responsibility and accept no liability for damages or costs caused by errors left in the document, or any document arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. sickness or disruption to the mail/return service).

• ​Infringement of copyright and plagiarism are serious offences and Cerys Jones - Writer and Proofreader cannot take responsibility for any content submitted by the client. The final decision to publish all material into the public or private domain is the responsibility of the client.

• All written work produced by Cerys Jones - Writer and Proofreader is subject to final approval by the client. Cerys Jones - Writer and Proofreader cannot be held responsible for the legality or validity of information produced on behalf of the client.

•  Cerys Jones - Writer and Proofreader may use the client's name in promotional material.
